TCUK Property Services is the property development company established by the north east's largest charity for the homeless and disadvantaged - The Cyrenians in 2009. We have been developing, maintaining and refurbishing all Cyrenians properties for over 10 years so it was a natural progression to establish a sister organisation.

Vision

To build a commercially dynamic, sustainable joinery manufacture and construction company that empowers disadvantaged adults with mentoring and training to build successful careers and contribute to society in a positive manner.

Full Service

We offer a range of services ranging from full property development, joinery manufacture, 24 hour emergency response maintenance, refurbishment and specialist services.

Joinery Manufacture

The joinery workshop has been built to produce a wide range of items from door sets and furniture packs, beach huts and outside furniture to bespoke items.

Corporate Sustainability Principles

Built on social sector principles, we deliver best practice solutions to ensure the principles of sustainability are integrated into our products and our service delivery. Governance is key, and we are governed by a non executive board with a wealth of experience in the construction industry.

Brighter Futures Training Centre

We provide training for homeless or disadvantaged people looking to begin a career in the building industry under the guidance of experienced professionals to lead them into full time employment.
